Thought I would post my TOU for all the world to see;)
Credit is not required but always appreciated. Both CU and Personal TOU's include Scrap for Hire/Other allowance guidelines.

Commercial use:
Kits that carry a commercial use means that you can use the design/graphics as part of a project that you may resell and profit from.
You may: Use for Scrap for hire, digital kits or quick pages, web design. They must be part of a design do not sell as you bought them.
Do not:
Please do not share, loan, rent, distribute, or transfer these files. You may not sell these files in their original form, either as a set or as individual elements. You may only use them as part of your creation. You may not turn them into a stamp or brush to be sold. Do not make any copies of these files except for back up purposes. You may use these to as a part to make kits to resell, but not as element packs.

Scrap for others/hire:
~You may use kits for s4o/s4h so long as proper credit is given and the finished product must be flattened and/or in printed form. Please do not share the actual product. Your customer should not be able to use these graphics for their own use in other words.
